Dr Ashlee Field received her PhD in 2016 from RMIT University. She is a registered general psychologist with experience working in community and private settings. She has experience working with individual clients (both adults and youth) and couples from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, she has experience in developing and facilitating group interventions with both adolescents and adults. The evidence-based therapeutic techniques utilised by Dr Field include cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness.

Dr Field has taught a range of courses in undergraduate psychology programs and has supervised the research of Honours and Masters students. Her areas of teaching experience include Biological Psychology, Research Methods, Ethics and Practice Standards in Psychology, and Clinical Psychology.

  • Positive psychology.
